Severn Glocon FZE has been recently awarded a major order from a local EPC contractor for the Lower Fars Heavy Oil Steam Injection Development project for Kuwait.  This project is part of Lower Fars Heavy Crude Oil Scheme that was expected to be one of the largest and most ambitious upstream projects in the Middle East with an initial budget of $7 billion, it aims to extract heavy crude oil from the Ratqa field in North Kuwait.

The order is being executed by Severn Glocon India and comprises of 955 electrically actuated angle control valves (Bernard actuators) and 220 control valves with pneumatic actuators.

The project which has phased deliveries is currently under execution.  It is being managed by Akhilesh Kumar and Malathy, who will oversee the manufacturing and delivery of project for Severn Glocon FZE.
